All the riders that will finish the six events without limit of time (they have the lifetime to do it!) will be allowed to buy a special limited edition WACE uniform (jersey and bibs) and they will receive a special medal.
If the six events will be completed in the same calendar year, the uniform will be send for free together with the medal. Become a finisher of the WACE CHALLENGE will be a great achievement, and we want to promote this to push people to participate at least once in a lifetime to all the events part of WACE.
The special uniform is produced by Sportful, and will be available ONLY for the WACE CHALLENGE finishers, so it will become a seal of quality for all the riders that will be able to have it!
During the inaugural year of WACE one cyclist have done already all the six events: Philippe Armbruster from Switzerland, and several others will reach the goal during 2017.
Swiss bike fanatic Philippe Armbruster has written himself into history by becoming the first person to complete all six World Association of Cycling Events (WACE) in one year.
Starting with the Cape Town Cycle Tour in March, the 47-year-old from Zurich went on to complete New York’s TD Five Boro Bike Tour, Sweden’s iconic Vatternrundan, the Etape du Tour, the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 and, finally, the Granfondo Campagnolo Rome.
